The core document is the “Implementation Rules for Safety Signs of Special Labor Protection Equipment”, which stipulates the entire process of application, review, inspection, certification, and supervision management of LA signs, clarifies the types of inspections (initial inspection, annual inspection, supervision inspection) and basic requirements.
Product Technical Standards‌
The specific inspection items and performance indicators correspond to different national standards (GB) or industry standards (AQ) based on the product category. For example:

Ⅱ、 Inspection process and key steps

The inspection of the LA logo is carried out by a testing agency designated by the Safety Standards Center, which mainly includes the following steps:

‌Sample extraction‌
The testing agency shall dispatch personnel to randomly select samples from the finished product warehouse or production line end of the enterprise to ensure that the samples represent the true quality of batch production.
‌Key inspection items‌
With protective performance as the core, for example:
- Safety helmet: impact absorption performance, puncture resistance.
- ‌Seat belts: overall static load, overall dynamic load.
- ‌Protective clothing: breaking strength, tearing strength, flame retardancy, anti-static performance, etc.
- ‌Respirators: filtration efficiency, leakage rate, respiratory resistance.
Result judgment‌
All projects must comply with the requirements of the corresponding product standards. If there are any non-conforming items during the initial inspection, it is allowed to rectify them within the prescribed period and resubmit for inspection; If it is still not qualified, the application will be terminated.

Ⅲ、 Continuous testing after certification

Obtaining the LA logo is not a one-time solution, and companies need to undergo continuous supervision and inspection

‌Annual inspection: Once a year, the testing agency selects products for partial or full inspection.
Supervision and Inspection: The Safety Standards Center may conduct surprise sampling inspections at any time according to the situation.
‌Certificate renewal inspection: The certificate is valid for 4 years and requires a reapplication and full inspection before expiration.

This continuous inspection mechanism ensures that the protective performance of the marketed products remains consistent with the initial certification.
